Financial Plus offers a variable rate home equity loan. We will loan you up to 80% of your home's appraised value, minus what you owe on your First Mortgage. Once your loan is approved, your funds are available when you need them for up to 15 years with 15 years to repay. The Credit Union does not charge an annual fee or have point charges. Normal closing costs range from $550 to $750, depending on the amount of equity you have in your home.
