Member Protection
FPCU's primary goal since 1951 has been to offer "exceptional service to members." This includes all levels of your money management and providing guidance and protection along the way. Our Member Protection page is here to help guide you on protecting your identity and your finances.
While technology has opened up great new opportunities for convenience in your financial life, it has also provided new opportunities for fraud and identity theft. Part of exceptional service to members includes offering guidance on protecting you from fraudulent activity, identity theft, and being responsible with your online activity to minimize your risk.
In addition to providing member protection tips on this page, we will also continue to provide "Current Notifications" in the Security Center section of our web site. Current Notifications will include trends in fraudulent activity, significant events to be aware of, and guidance on how you should prepare for and/or respond to these events.
